Three confirmed cases have been identified and no known water source has been identified as a possible source of infection, as none of the cases reported swimming during their incubation periods. Various possible sources of infection are being considered as the investigation is ongoing. 5/6/09 Montgomery County Receives Second Confirmed 2009 A/H1N1 Influenza (Swine Flu) Case The Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) and the Montgomery County Health Department today reported the state's 2nd confirmed case of 2009 A/H1N1 influenza. Due to enhanced surveillance and testing, this second case was anticipated and there is no cause for alarm. 5/3/09 First Confirmed Case of 2009 A/H1N1 Influenza in a Montgomery County Resident The Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Montgomery County Health Department announced today that a resident of Montgomery County has tested positive for the 2009 A/H1N1 influenza virus. 5/1/09 Montgomery County Receives Second Probable H1N1 Influenza (Swine Flu) Case The Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) and the Montgomery County Health Department today reported the state's fifth probable case of swine influenza.
